Terms and Conditions – 777gk User Agreement

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 777gk ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of 777gk — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Slot Games and the VIP programme — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any services offered by 777gk. These Terms apply to all players who access 777gk, regardless of the device or method used to access the platform.

777gk may update or amend these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 777gk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be using the platform for your own personal, recreational use only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or organisation.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 777gk, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement, whether applied through 777gk's own responsible gaming tools or any other applicable scheme.

777gk reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during a player's use of the platform. If eligibility cannot be confirmed, the account may be suspended and any balance held pending verification. Accounts found to be operated by persons who do not meet the above criteria will be closed and any funds forfeited where permitted.

3. Account Registration

To access 777gk's full range of services — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots and the VIP programme — you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address and preferred payment method details.

You are permitted to hold only one account on 777gk. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, shared devices or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings obtained through duplicate registrations will be forfeited.

777gk may require you to verify your identity at any point. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, proof of address or documentation confirming ownership of your payment method. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false or misleading documents will result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, deposits made and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 777gk support immediately.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 777gk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 777gk balance instantly after payment confirmation. Bank transfers and card deposits are credited as soon as the payment is confirmed by the processing network, which in most cases is within a few minutes.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — payments made using another person's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account — are not permitted.
• 777gk does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits are subject to review. 777gk reserves the right to hold funds pending verification if a deposit triggers internal security checks.
• Deposit fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility. 777gk does not charge a deposit fee on its side.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all accounts. If the original deposit method cannot receive a return payment, an alternative method may be approved by 777gk at its discretion.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity must be fully verified.
• The minimum withdrawal threshold must be met (displayed on the withdrawal page).
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• No outstanding disputes, reviews or security flags may be attached to your account.

Standard withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed promptly after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. VIP members benefit from priority withdrawal handling with faster turnaround. 777gk aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timelines displayed on the withdrawal page, but processing times may extend during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

777gk offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and VIP rewards from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games or markets, and expiry dates — which will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page or in the promotion communication.

A wagering requirement is a multiplier that determines how many times a bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires PKR 10,000 in eligible bets to be placed before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games or markets vary by promotion.

Any attempt to abuse the 777gk bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device.
• Free bet credits cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated from a free bet are withdrawable, subject to stated conditions.
• Unused bonus funds expire after the period stated on the individual promotion.
• 777gk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The 777gk sportsbook covers Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports markets. All bets are accepted subject to the following general rules, which apply across all sports markets unless a specific sport override is stated.

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your 777gk balance. Bets placed during system delays, technical faults or connection interruptions may not be accepted even if a confirmation screen briefly appeared. In such cases, 777gk's records are the definitive reference.

777gk reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances:

• The market was offered with an obvious pricing error.
• The bet was placed after the result of the event was already determined (late bets).
• The event was cancelled, abandoned or significantly altered before the bet's result could be settled.
• The bet was placed through automated tools, bots or in a manner inconsistent with normal individual player behaviour.
• The odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault.

Live in-play markets — including ball-by-ball Cricket and PSL markets — are offered at 777gk's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice. In-play odds move rapidly; the odds displayed at the time you submit a bet may differ from the odds at which the bet is ultimately accepted. The accepted odds will be shown in your bet confirmation.

8. Casino & Slots

The 777gk Live Casino and Slots sections operate subject to the game rules set by the individual game providers. 777gk hosts these games but the rules of each game — including RTP (return to player) percentages, bonus trigger conditions and jackpot mechanics — are determined by the game studio and are displayed within each individual game.

Live Casino tables are operated by third-party live dealer providers. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, 777gk's records of the game state at the time of disconnection are the authoritative reference for settlement purposes. The platform accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player's own internet connection issues during live games.

• Progressive jackpot amounts are dynamic and displayed in real time within the game interface.
• Malfunctions in any game void all related pays and plays — a refund of the affected stake will be issued.
• Not all games may contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Check the promotion terms for eligible games before playing.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology and are not influenced by previous game rounds.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777gk. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 777gk, or assisting another person to do so in order to circumvent platform rules.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform or exploit odds.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical bugs or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players on Live Casino tables or in any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or using 777gk for any money-laundering purpose.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or insider betting on Cricket, PSL or any other 777gk market.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 777gk support staff or other players through any communication channel.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

777gk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity or payment verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct.
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools.
• Reasonable business decision at 777gk's sole discretion.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to a Terms breach — for example, a voluntary closure request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after the standard verification process is complete.

You may request the closure of your 777gk account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed promptly. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after the standard checks are completed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

777gk provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical faults, interruptions or errors.

To the maximum extent permitted, 777gk accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime or technical faults not caused by 777gk's own negligence.
• Bets not accepted or settled due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Losses arising from a player's decision to bet, regardless of the outcome.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777gk's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data

777gk collects and processes personal data in order to operate player accounts, process PKR transactions, verify identity and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. The types of data collected, how it is used, how long it is retained and your rights in relation to your data are described in full in the Privacy Policy.

By registering a 777gk account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may update your communication preferences and data preferences through your account settings at any time.

777gk does not sell player data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and, where legally required, regulatory or law-enforcement bodies.

13. Responsible Gaming

777gk is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable gaming environment for adult players. Online gaming and sports betting are entertainment — they are not a way to generate income or resolve financial difficulties. If your gaming is no longer enjoyable or is affecting your finances, relationships or daily routine, please use the tools available in your account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account at any time.
• Session Reminders: Configure time alerts so you are aware of how long each gaming session has lasted.
• Account Pause: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply a longer-term self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of your account. Self-exclusion periods are applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion window.

14. Changes to These Terms

777gk reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the revision date displayed at the top of this page will be updated. Where a change significantly affects player rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of 777gk after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 10 above.
